How do the T-Shirts fit?

Below is a rough size guide to be used to give you an idea of the style and cut of our T-shirts.

Has my order been shipped yet?

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day from the date of order. We use Royal Mail’s 1st Class Recorded delivery system for all items. The usual delivery time from dispatch is within 2 working days. If you wish to track your order you can do so by using the 13 character reference number which can be found in a follow up email when your order has been dispatched. To track your order, click here.

I have received a faulty item.

DRTE stands for the highest quality so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please contact us immediately. We aim to resolve any issues with a faulty item as soon as possible but to help speed this process along, we ask that you let us know about any faults as soon as you find them. To help resolve the issue quickly we ask that you also include as much detail as possible regarding the problem.

I have received an incorrect item in my order.

If you have received an incorrect item in your order, let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Service Team. They will try and sort it out for you immediately.

How do I return my order?

Simply post the goods to be returned (in original, unused condition) to.

Your order will have been sent out with a returns form inside the package. Please fill in the appropriate fields and return this slip with the returned goods. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for the cost of postage with the returned goods and any postage fees already paid are non refundable. We also cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit upon return, so we advise that you send all returned goods via a Recorded Delivery System.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect and process them within 24 hours to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase and in the event we are unable to provide a suitable replacement we will automatically refund you and let you know via email.
